Sr. Director, Customer Success – FireEye
As a leader in FireEye’s Customer Success team, Sean focuses on
making our customers successful in their FireEye journey, by enabling
them to integrate and extend their FireEye solutions through the new
FireEye Market and our Technical Partner program. He does this through
an agile mindset, a keen eye for strong design, and an unrelenting
urge to simplify. He joined FireEye through its acquisition of
Mandiant in 2014 and has held several roles running Engineering and UX
team over the years, with his most-prominent being the initial Helix
vision and launch. Prior to Mandiant, Sean spent several years at GE,
where he ran innovative programs across web, mobile, search, and design.
Sean earned a M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the
University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Computer Science &
Engineering from Bucknell University.
